I'm not a great singer or great guitar player. I'm not even an amateur singer or guitar player, because I lack the commitment to practice much or perform often at open mics. But I am a poet/songwriter. Every now and then, I feel a song coming. I dust off the guitar and work it out. I've done this almost five hundred times in the past half-century.
